Connect participants with appropriate supports, services, and resources.
Assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plan.
Maintain strong communication with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
Accurately record and report on support coordination activities.
Represent the best interests of NDIS participants, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
We are seeking a part-time employee for two days a week. Depending on performance and organisation needs, there is an opportunity for increasing in work days.
