The Housing Connection (THC) started its journey with an over-riding commitment to fostering empowerment, facilitating social inclusion and promoting socially valued roles within their communities, for and with the people to whom THC deliver services.

• Support people who have intellectual and other disabilities to live fulfilling lives in the community, as independently as possible.

Testimonial

I wanted to let you know that I will be going away on a break overseas by myself in mid February. To be honest, I am nervous, as it is something so rare in the last 30 plus years to be able to get away. But- It is only because I feel such confidence and ease that Richard is finally in a safe place with wonderful, good people I trust completely, that I feel I can even contemplate going on this trip. I am so grateful. Patrick will be here to support Richard personally while I am away, and he can answer any enquiries. I can access email and talk if I am needed. In terms of scheduling, I trust Goma and Marcia have that totally under control. I will make sure that he has money in his account. If there is anything that I need to organise in advance I will do my best to make sure it is done. Thanks all so very much.
