We are supporting a 32-year-old male living in supported independent living in Roseville. We are hiring disability support workers who can match his interests and provide support to the participant at home and in the community. Below are his details:

• Interests include technology, computer games, Youtube, social media, photography and movies
• Looking for male, English speaking support worker of similar age
• Must have drivers license
• Support hours include daytime, weekends, evenings and sleepover support
• Became paralysed from the shoulders down after a surgery in 2021 and therefore uses a powered wheelchair for all mobility and needs some manual handling support in order to get around
• Has mild intellectual disability, ASD, ADHD and some behaviours of concern when distressed towards others and himself
• Looking for people who are passionate, reliable, open and willing to work with someone complex and has prior experience in working with people with high level needs, able to follow a comprehensive behaviour support plan and work as part of a team.
