Our community comprises a diverse and dynamic network encompassing former participants, friends, families, caregivers, advocates, current and former employees, the board and committee members, and other community members. Collectively, we engage in various social activities such as barbeques, dinners, sporting events, movies, theatre outings, picnics, camping, and skiing trips.
We prioritise fostering personal connections with each individual we assist, as well as their immediate family members and close friends. This allows us to understand their unique needs, interests, and objectives comprehensively.
Each individual is allocated one or two Social Educators who dedicate time to genuinely understand them, engaging in their interests, and offering unwavering support. We establish customised pathways, considering the distinct needs and aspirations of every individual needing assistance.
Our main priority is cultivating robust relationships and supporting individuals as they integrate into their community. We strive to achieve optimal individual outcomes through collaborative efforts, facilitating a life filled with opportunities, meaningful connections, and personal growth.
