The Housing Connection is a fascinating and diverse community made up of the people we support, their families, friends, carers and advocates, our Board, committee members, staff and members of the local community. We share a common passion – to enable people with disability to live rich, rewarding and inclusive lives. We support adults who have intellectual and other disabilities to live fulfilling lives in the community, as independently as possible. People are at the centre of all we do.
