The Housing Connection (THC) is a great place to work for those who desire a career helping some of the most historically excluded people in Australian society and addressing the root causes of structural inequality. The Housing Connection is a non profit organization which is dedicated to helping disabled people attain greater independence and quality of life by providing supported accommodations for disabled adults and job training support.

Those people who are interested in applying for jobs with The Housing Connection will need to include a resume and cover letter with their application which clearly state all of the relevant experience they have in relation to the description of the job for which they are applying. All job candidates must also undergo a screening process to ensure that they are suitable for work with vulnerable individuals.

The Housing Connection also requires that all job applicants submit to a Working with Children check for certain jobs and a National Police Check for all jobs.
