The Challenges we Face
I think the best way to start today is with a round of applause – for each one of you who manage organizations and provide services in a context so ripe with challenges and obstacles. We literally do operate ‘on the smell of an oily rag’ yet we face an increasingly complex environment and ever expanding compliance expectations. The purpose of this paper is to outline the key features of this context and then to explore how we can ensure that our organizations are strong and sustainable.
